NAYAN’S story all began with an EXPERIENCE. IT NATURALLY EVOLVED INTO A FULL-CIRCLE OPPORTUNITY FOR something more.

As a survivor of trauma and addiction, Nayan provides the opportunity to share with others his lived and learned experiences through mindful principles and modalities that helped him heal. He offers a rare compassion and relatability to all, which can only be found with deep understanding.

He is a wonderful father, son, uncle, and friend.

Uncovering and living with PTSD and C-PTSD for over 25 years, he successfully recovered from the symptoms of the addiction and the suffering it caused. He discovered a new way of living a life of awareness, joy, acceptance, and love. He unearthed the motto "Uncover, Recover, and Discover" and shares thoughts, teachings, mindset shifts, and tools through his various programs. 

Nayan is connected with several established Psychotherapists in the Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton areas. He is the founder of the Origin Co. and the founder and facilitator of the Men's Emotional Intimacy Workshop.  Nayan is a consultant, volunteer, facilitator, and program creator in the public sector with Halton ADAPT Alcohol, Drug, and Gambling Assessment, Prevention, and Treatment Services, a service he once used in his own recovery. He can also be found in the corporate and private sectors as a keynote speaker for memorable and impactful events and team-building experiences.
